The Appalachian Forest School, sponsored by the non-profit Arc of Appalachia Preserve System, does not sell or share any information gathered or submitted on this site. We would only release this information if it was necessary to comply with the law, the terms of our internet hosting service, or other similar compulsion.
What do we do with your information?
Your personal information, submitted when registering for a course is used to contact you with course details. You may also be invited to join our email list for Forest School updates, and to receive our physical newsletter, which is mailed twice yearly, and contains beautiful pictures and interesting articles.
If you feel nervous about submitting your information over the internet for any reason, you are welcome to register for our courses by phone. Our contact information is listed on the registration form.
Your name and email submitted when joining our mailing list are only used for the purpose of sending occasional updates and news about upcoming Forest School courses. You may unsubscribe at any time.
We are committed to honoring your privacy and your wishes in regards to getting updates from us, so if there is any issue at all, please know that it is probably unintentional, and we will be happy to remedy the situation promptly.
