Sorry, there is no tuition discount for providing your own boat. Please list any special dietary desires (vegetarian, etc) or food allergies. We will do our best to accomodate you. A $300.00 deposit is due to hold each person's reservation if you are registering before May 14, 2012 ($600 for a couple). After that time, full registration is due. Sorry, there is no guarantee on a full refund for cancellation after May 14, unless your space can be filled by another registrant. Please send payments to the Arc of Appalachia, 7660 Cave Road, Bainbridge, OH 45612. Step 4: Include Trip Waiver with Your Payment
A waiver is required for participation. After you submit this registration form, we will provide you with a link to a waiver form. Please print off, read, and sign this waiver; including it your above mailed payment.
